Every player should play only one match against every other player within their respective group.

Players must contact their opponents by phone or e-mail. The challenged player may select the time and location of the match. However, the time and location should be mutually agreeable to both players.

The winner of the match is responsible to report the result within 24 hours by contacting Cosmin via e-mail at procosmin@yahoo.com .

Every player should bring to the match an unopened can of tennis balls. Use one can and the winner keeps the unopened one.

For every match won in straight sets the winner gets 3 points; for a match decided by the third set, the winner gets 2 points; loser gets 1 point. If a player doesn't show up for the match within a 15 minutes time frame after the scheduled time, they forfeit the match and get 0 points.

The players should challenge the other players within only their group and finish all the matches before Sunday, March 19, 2006.

At the end of this 3 weeks period of time, the first 2(two) top players from each group with the highest total number of points won will play in the semi-finals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

First three places will win trophies and tennis items.

Defaults:

- The player that cancels the second time, defaults the match.

- A player that doesn’t return a call/e-mail may be reported by the caller and subsequently defaulted.

- A player that does not appear for a scheduled match defaults the match.

- Just refusing to play an opponent for any other reason than sickness or being out of town is not acceptable and may result in a default.

Have fun! J
